Chesapeake Virginia's own, the Phelps Brothers. Famous during the era of the singing cowboys in the 1930s and 1940s. They appeared in RAWHIDE in 1936. This is the interesting story of the literary and movie genre of the Westerns and the amazing popularity of the singing cowboys.
